How do I access the demo?

After submitting the completed form at https://mattermost.com/demo/, you will be redirected to the Mattermost Demo system to create a login. You will also receive an email with a link and instructions.

Why do I need to put in my email twice?

The form at https://mattermost.com/demo/ is used for gathering general contact information. Your email is also needed so to create an account on the Mattermost Demo instance. This is the real product, so we want you to experience it as your team would.

Why do I need to create a login?

A login in created so that you can access the Mattermost Demo instance. This is the real product, so we want you to experience it as your team would. Please note that the instance resets every evening, so your account and information will need to be recreated if you want to access again.

How do I invite my colleagues?

From Mattermost, go to hamburger menu by your name, choose Send Email Invite and enter your colleague’s name and email. Or you can choose Get Team Invite Link, copy link and pass on to your colleague. Additionally, you can direct colleague to www.mattermost.com/demo.

What do I do once my demo expires?

The demo is available until 11:59 PM PST of the request day. If you do not access the link prior to that time you will need to request another invite at https://mattermost.com/demo.
