Bio

Pavel Zeman is a hands-on technology leader with 25+ years of experience in building and scaling products and engineering organizations in both small start-ups and large enterprise, infrastructure and cybersecurity companies. Pavel started his career at Microsoft focusing primarily on security across multiple products, being part of a number of key patented innovations. Pavel also successfully built and led teams through the high-growth IPO stages at a startup (MobileIron). Prior to joining Mattermost, Pavel was the SVP of Engineering at Red Canary and VP of Engineering at VMware.
