Hardened integrations: Jira, GitHub, MS Teams Meetings, and more

To ensure teams maintain workflow continuity without security or authentication interruptions, we have updated the core components of our most essential plugins.

  • Proactive Jira management: The Jira (v4.5.1) plugin now prompts users to reconnect when OAuth tokens expire and includes support for the Advanced Roadmap Team field.
  • Stable virtual meetings: MS Teams Meetings (v2.4.0) has been updated for consistent performance in high-concurrency environments.
  • Improved security: Confluence (v1.8.0) and Zoom (v1.11.0) have been updated with React 19, reducing potential vulnerabilities and increasing UI responsiveness, among other security patches.
  • Streamlined DevOps: Updates to GitLab (v1.12.0) and GitHub (v2.5.0) improve “mute” functionality and resolve connection edge cases.

Updated mobile emoji picker

Precision in communication is vital during incident response. With Mattermost Mobile v2.37, we’ve introduced a searchable, category-based emoji picker for iOS and Android, including support for custom emojis. This allows teams to provide rapid status updates and approvals through a standardized, intuitive interface.

Mattermost & infodas partner for secure cross-domain collaboration

In January, we announced a partnership with infodas to support NATO and partner nations in achieving decision advantage in multi-domain operations. Together, we are developing secure cross-domain collaboration solutions designed for modern command and control (C2) environments.
