Mattermost Enterprise Edition E10 price change for new customers effective October 1, 2017

Today we are announcing an update to pricing for Mattermost Enterprise Edition E10. Effective October 1, 2017, new E10 subscriptions will cost $3.25 per user / month (billed annually).

If you are already an E10 customer, your current subscription for your existing users will renew at your current price.

Why the change?

Since its introduction 18 months ago, the benefits of Mattermost Enterprise Edition E10 have significantly increased: 

• E10 now offers multi-team support, advanced access controls, new native mobile apps for iOS and Android, Active Directory/LDAP synchronization, group direct messages, and host of new improvements with each of our monthly updates.
  

• Moreover, since its introduction, Mattermost Enterprise Edition has been vetted by hundreds of customers, including companies such as Bungie, Cigna, and Intel.
  

The updated price reflects the substantially increased value of Mattermost Enterprise Edition as we continue to improve it and make it the premier enterprise-grade communication platform.

What if I’m an existing customer?

We designed this price change to have minimal impact on existing E10 customers. If you already have a subscription, it will renew at your existing price.

If you wish to add more users to an existing subscription, you can do so at the current price up until December 31, 2017. After then, the new price will take effect for new users.
