Mattermost v7.1 is now available
This new Extended Support Release includes a new Insights dashboard and weekly updates to the Mobile v2.0 beta.
Mattermost v7.1 (Extended Support Release) is generally available today. The following new features are included (see changelog for more details):

Channels: Weekly updates for Mobile v2.0 (beta)
We encourage you to check out Mobile v2.0 (beta) — released last month — that features our most requested mobile feature ever: multi-server support. We ship feature updates and bug fixes every week and appreciate your feedback and suggestions as we rapidly iterate to bring v2.0 to general availability later this year.

Platform: Insights
Now you can gain a better understanding of how your workplace uses Mattermost through top activities and valuable insights data. Our new Insights dashboard helps you surface the most important events happening in your Mattermost workspace, from staying up to date on your team’s most active channels and threads to viewing your top emoji reactions this week.
How it works:
1. Navigate to Channels and click “Insights” in the left rail navigation.
2. Switch views between My Insights & Team Insights in the top-left dropdown menu.
3. Adjust different timeframes for your Insights data in the top-right dropdown.
4. Click the > icon at the top right of each widget to dig deeper into your Insights data.
This feature is available on all Professional and Enterprise plans; however, it’s not supported on mobile. It’s enabled by default in the System Admin Console. The Boards feature must be enabled in the System Admin Console to view the Top Boards widget.
